No. LBG. 73/12/158 - In excercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section(1) of Section 4 of the Building & Other Construction Workers(Regulation of Employment & Conditions of Service) Act, 1996, The Government of Meghalaya is pleased to reconstitute the State Building & Other Construction Workers' Advisory Committee to advise the State Government on such matters arising out of the administration of the aforesaid Act as may be referred to it, with the following members for a period of 3 (years) with effect from the date of issue of this Notification:-
